On Saterday the 29th of May 2010 the Bever was hand over to her owner,
Viegers & Son Tugboat - Services. The Bever, a shoalbuster 3612, is the
largest vessel ever built by Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld. The designing of
this vessel was jointly done with Thijs Viegers, from size to the accommodation.
The name giving was performed by Mrs. Charlotte Koster, a friend of owners
Thijs en Gré Viegers. The party took place in the shed, which was turned over in
a brown pub.
